Working Student (f/m/d) in Human Resources

who’s eager to grow his/her professional skill set alongside the studies.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working in an international environment with experts in photomask and semiconductor technologies.

Your responsibilities:

Be part of our exciting journey to finalize and roll out our brand new internal communication platform and keep it fresh, clear, and engaging—making sure everyone stays informed and connected
Take ownership of our HR tools and systems (e.g. L&D platform, Workday, time tracking) and help keep them running smoothly
Support the HR team in driving digitalization and improving smart, efficient HR processes
Jump in on office management topics when needed, such as helping organize events and internal initiatives
Collaborate on day-to-day HR activities including recruiting, employee relations, and employer branding

Your profile:

Enrollment as a university student (preferably in HR, Communications, Business Administration)
Interest in HR operations & office management
Service-minded, structured, and reliable working style with a proactive attitude
Strong communication skills in German and English
Availability of approx. 20 hours per week; full-time availability during semester breaks advantageous
