Optimize our manufacturing processes to produce photomasks from an integrative point of view. Integrated in a worldwide network of experts, you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry to manufacture high-quality and competitive products.
Your responsibilities include:
- You are responsible for the process of manufacturing and monitoring the production of EUV masks
- You will develop and document procedures for the process area
- You are responsible for cross-departmental monitoring of the production with regard to the required product properties
- You carry out data-based analyses of process behavior and actual / target deviations
- You will work closely with those responsible for the individual processes and IT to implement cross-departmental projects in the data-driven continuous process (CIP)

Your profile:
- As a successful candidate you have a university degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or an equivalent academic background
- You have experiences in mask manufacturing, semiconductor industry or nano structuring
- You have experience in processing and analyzing technical data
- You are experienced in dealing with integrative problems and solving technically demanding tasks
- You possess good communication skills (German and English)
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and basic programming skill
