As manager of our Front End of Line department, you will work closely with our engineering and production teams. In this way, you will make a decisive contribution to the production of state-of-the-art photolithography masks for our customers in the semiconductor industry.
Your responsibilities include
- Management and further development of the engineering module in the front end of line group (mask manufacturing process lithography, etching)
- Direct supervision and development of department managers as well as overall technical responsibility for approximately 20-30 employees
- Responsibility for planning and managing projects in line with AMTC's business strategy and the technology strategies of the parent companies
- Responsibility for achieving performance indicators, process quality and their continuous improvement
- Strategic orientation of the group: roadmap development, process and cost optimization
- Close cooperation with internal partners, customers, and international partner sites
Your profile
- Degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, or a comparable field of engineering, as well as several years of experience in the semiconductor industry
- Several years of extensive management and leadership experience
- Profound knowledge and experience in the fields of manufacturing processes, efficiency optimization, customer interaction and business process as well as technology management
- Strong project management skills and entrepreneurial thinking to implement projects efficiently and align them strategically with corporate goals
- Strong communication and decision-making skills as well as distinct negotiating skills
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
- A solid understanding of modern data methods completes your profile
